1. How do I pay?

We accept Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Transfer and PayPal for online orders.

The shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checkout, you can click "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" from the Shopping Cart page. Enter your destination including Country, Region/State and Post Code to get a quote of shipping estimate. It will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.

3. When will I receive my refund?

While we issue and send your refund immediately, it generally it takes about 3-5 business days to process.

4. How long does delivery take?

For deliveries within Canada, shipping will be done through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please expect 1-2 business days for local shipping, 3 business days for shipping within province, and 4 business days for national parcels. For deliveries to the US, shipping will be done through UPS. Shipping options are standard, 2-day and overnight delivery. Please expect 4-7 business days for standard shipping to the US.

5. How do I check my order or delivery status?

After your order being shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. You can track your order by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also log in your account on our website to find out the order history via "My Account" page.

6. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in Canada and the United States.

7. Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order. A RMA number must be provided for return requested.
