For online orders we accept Credit Card and PayPal.
For in store pickup you can either pay in advance using Credit Card or PayPal or you can purchase your order when you arrive at the store with Credit/Debit Cards or Cash.
The shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checkout, you can click "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" from the Shopping Cart page. Enter your destination including Country, Region/State and Post Code to get a quote of shipping estimate. It will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.
While we issue and send your refund immediately, it generally it takes about 3-5 business days to process.
For deliveries within Canada, shipping will be done through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please expect 1-2 business days for local shipping, 3 business days for shipping within province, and 4 business days for national parcels.
For deliveries to the US, shipping will be done through UPS. Shipping options are standard, 2-day and overnight delivery. Please expect 4-7 business days for standard shipping to the US.
After your order being shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. You can track your order by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also log in your account on our website to find out the order history via "My Account" page.
We ship to anywhere in Canada and the United States.
Yes, we accept a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order. A RMA number must be provided for return requested.
Once you have placed your order, we will notify you via e-mail, please wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up. Usually, items ordered online will be available for pick-up within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
