Sound Sensor Module

The Sound sensor module is a simple microphone. Based on the LM393 and the electret microphone, it can be used to detect the sound of the environment. The sensitivity of output can be adjusted by the potentiometer.

Module wiring instructions:

1. VCC external connect 3.3V-5V voltage (which can be connected directly with the 5V MCU and 3.3V chip)

2. GND external connect GND

3. OUT panel switch output interface (0 and 1)

Instructions for use:

1. Sound module is most sensitive to environmental sound intensity, generally used to test sound intensity of environment.

2. Module in environmental sound intensity are not up to the preset threshold, the OUT outputs high level, when the sound intensity of external environment exceeds the preset threshold, module OUT output low level.

3. Small digital output OUT can be directly connected with the MCU, through the MCU to detect high and low level, thereby to detect environmental sounds.

4. Small digital output OUT can directly drive the relay module, which can be composed of a voice activated switch.
