Privacy and Security:

X2 Robotics is committed to using our best efforts to ensure the security of your transactions on www.x2robotics.ca (the "Site") and protecting the privacy of the information you chose to share with us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

By using and submitting information to our website, you are agreeing that we may collect the following information: Name, Contact Info. including Email Address, Delivery Address, Order History, use and disclose the information we collect in accordance with the purposes and uses identified in this policy.

Return and Exchange:

X2 Robotics accepts a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, upon presentation of the original receipt. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another card. Certain conditions and exceptions may apply.

Some Special Order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations may also be subject to 20% restocking fee.

X2 Robotics offers a 30 day exchange warranty service for any product with a manufacturing defect. The shipping fee will also be refunded. A RMA number must be provided for the warranty service.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective products.

Shipping fees and products listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Orders placed before 02:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped out on the next business day.

For deliveries within Canada, shipping will be done through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please expect 1-2 business days for local shipping, 3 business days for shipping within province, and 4 business days for national parcels.

For deliveries to the US, shipping will be done through UPS. Shipping options are standard, 2-day and overnight delivery. Please expect 4-7 business days for standard shipping to the US.

If your item is a special order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

We offer free shipping (within Canada) for orders over $250 CAD before applicable taxes.

For online orders we accept Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
